Our Teachers

At Whiteoak Academy, we pride ourselves on having passionate, energetic, and highly trained educators. Every teacher undergoes a rigorous selection process and holds qualifications in teaching or the performing arts. Many are actively involved in the industry, bringing real-world experience into the classroom. All staff members are fully DBS-checked, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our students.

Discipline Policy

We believe that discipline and professionalism are the foundations of artistic growth. Students are expected to be punctual, respectful, and committed. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the cancellation of enrolment to maintain a positive learning atmosphere for all.
